Tamika Reese, the CEO and principal consultant at Shiftview Consulting, LLC, has years of professional experience and draws from a unique background to help improve the equity in your organization. She has over 25 years of experience in educational administration, working as a teacher, director, and assistant superintendent. In addition to this, she also has 10 years’ experience in the financial sector as a banker and financial troubleshooter for a large New York organization.
Tamika is currently a Ph.D. candidate in multiculturalism and anti-racist education. She also holds master’s degrees in both business administration and educational administration and leadership. This broad and one-of-a-kind perspective is certain to provide a valuable outlook and help you gain a more nuanced understanding of your organization.
